Qualification : Diploma/B.Sc./B.Pharmacy
Experience : 3–6 years
Job Responsibilities :
• Operate and maintain BQS Blister & CAM Packing, IMA A1 Cartonator machines as per approved SOPs and BMR/BPR.
• Set up, change over and monitor blister packing equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Team Member – Quality Control (LCMS/LST)
Qualification : B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Pharmacy
Experience : 3–6 years
Job Responsibilities :
• LCMS: Expertise in trace-level quantification techniques such as LC-UV/FID, Ion Chromatography, LC-MS, GC-MS and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Develop and optimize nitrosamines analytical methods for trace-level quantification of nitrosamines and other impurities in drug substances and products.
• LST: Familiarity with CSV, categorization, risk assessment and instrumentation qualification. Candidates with an OSD/Injectable/API background can be considered.

Team Lead – Engineering (HVAC & Process Mechanical)
Qualification : B.Tech/B.E.
Experience : 12+ years
Job Responsibilities :
• Oversee maintenance of RMG, FBD, Granulation, Compression and Blister Packing systems – OSD equipment.
• Implement preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance strategies.
• Team handling experience.
• Experience in Engineering Maintenance, Utilities, Automation, HVAC, EMS and BMS systems within the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation)

Job Responsibilities :
• Experience in operation and maintenance of plant process/manufacturing equipment.

• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operate and monitor HVAC systems for Manufacturing, Packing, Warehouse & Labs.
• Preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Operate and monitor Raw Water, Soft Water, DM Water, RO, EDI, PW, WFI and Pure Steam generation systems.
• Exposure to PLC, SCADA and HMI.
