Manufacturing Lead – GMP ×1
You will : Run GMP manufacturing of exosome and cell products: tech transfer, batch records, process validation and inspections; build and lead the production team.
You bring : PhD / M.Tech / M.Pharm; 8–10+ years in GMP biologics or cell-therapy manufacturing; Schedule M / WHO-GMP inspection experience.
Upstream Production ×2
You will : iPSC and MSC expansion, cell banking and bioreactor runs under GMP.
You bring : M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Pharm; 2–5 years in GMP or GLP culture.
Downstream Production ×2
You will : Isolation and purification: TFF, chromatography, formulation, aseptic filling and lyophilisation.
You bring : M.Sc. / M.Tech / B.Pharm; 2–5 years in downstream processing; strong freshers considered.
Lead Quality Control ×1
You will : Sterility, BET and environmental monitoring; release testing – qPCR, Western blot, ELISA, NTA, endotoxin, bioburden; two shifts.
You bring : M.Sc. Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry; 5–8 years in GMP QC.
R&D Lead – iPSC and Core Technologies ×1
You will : Lead iPSC derivation and differentiation, gene editing (CRISPR), viral vectors (lentiviral / AAV) and the molecular-biology core; build the team.
You bring : PhD with at least 8–10 years in stem-cell or gene-therapy R&D; publications or patents; has led a lab or platform.
R&D Lead – Biomaterials and Peptide Chemistry ×1
You will : Lead peptide design and solid-phase synthesis, HPLC purification, LC-MS characterisation, peptide hydrogels, and scale-up to GMP.
You bring : PhD in peptide, organic or polymer chemistry or biomaterials, with at least 8–10 years' experience.
HR Executive / Manager ×1
You will : Hiring and onboarding, attendance and payroll inputs, PF / ESI / PT compliance, HR policies, appraisals and GMP training records.
You bring : MBA / PGDM (HR); 3–8 years as an HR generalist, ideally in pharma, biotech or a start-up; level set by experience.
Executive Assistant to the CEO – Finance ×1
You will : Run the CEO's calendar, travel, board papers and minutes, monthly MIS and grant reports.
You bring : B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance); 3–6 years as an executive assistant or in accounts.
