Qualification
1. All professionals registered under the Nursing Council of India/State Nursing Council.
2. The following ‘Allied Health and healthcare professionals’ as per the National Commission of Allied and healthcare professions Act 2021 :
a) Emergency Medical Technologist
b) Advance Care Paramedics
c) Operation Theatre Technologist
d) Anaesthesia Assistants and Technologists
3. All professionals registered under the Pharmacy Council of India/State Pharmacy Council.
Experience : Experience is desirable but fresher may also apply

Job Responsibilities
1. To carry out pre/post-fight Breath analyser test of crew members and ground staff and maintain all its documents and records as per DGCA CAR Section-5, Part-III and Part IV.
2. Monitoring CCTV serviceability and checking the serviceability of BA test instruments along with their calibration status.
3. Maintaining requirements and stocks of PFME-related stationery, equipment, and machines.
4. Preparing all the documents for internal and DGCA audits.
5. Preparation of First Aid and Universal Precaution Kits.
6. Procurement and maintaining inventory for First Aid and Universal Precaution Kits.
7. Coordinating with company doctor in facilitating Pre-employment medical examinations.
8. Coordinating with company doctor in facilitating psychoactive substance testing of flight crew.
9. Conducting First Aid Classes for Cabin Crew.
10. Scrutinizing of the BA records received from All Stations.
11. Travelling/temporary shifting to any station as per the company requirement for conducting BA test.
12. Coordinate with emergency services/ airport authority if necessary.
13. Any other instructions deemed by the company medical officer.

Desirable Attributes
1. To be available in shifts as per company requirements.
2. Hands-on experience in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while delivering high accuracy/quality work.
4. Strong interpersonal, written, and communication skills along with stakeholders from all levels.
Age Maximum : Age 40 Years (as on 25.09.2026)

Salary & Emoluments : INR 30,000 /- (Gross Salary per month approx)

- Can be transferred to any other location within India due Operational requirement.
- Reservations of SC/ST/OBC & EWS candidates will be as per Government Directives.

FIXED TERM EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
The Selected candidate will be appointed on a Fixed Term Employment Agreement. The Fixed Term Employment Agreement is extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

The Employee will be entitled to Concessional air passages/free air passages, for self and his/her declared family on Alliance Air Network only each passage year as per company policy. The applicable taxes, levy, charges etc. shall be paid by the employee.
