Required Skills (Injectables)
• To monitor the packing area in daily shifts in producing and delivering the committed daily plan volumes, safely, reliably, and with quality standards.
• Daily monitoring of manpower.
•Ensure that equipment, processes, line cleaning and line clearances are completed /operated as per SOP requirements.
• Accurately and timely complete in-process checks, online BPCR, and all other key documents.
• Identification and Preparation of SOPs, GMP records required for packing operations.
• Accurately monitor and drive hourly outputs as per lay down procedures.
• Ensure that all shift operations are performed as per cGMP requirements, SOPs, and with discipline. S Responsible for the IPQA department in ensuring timely execution of activities as per daily plan commitments.
• Arrangement of SPM components for machine trials as and when required.
• Efficiently manage materials by controlling how and where they are stored before and after use, received at the line and promptly transferring finished goods.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the packing work area & document all the activities in log books.
• Involved in labelling and packing line activities and maintaining online BPCR documents.
• Involved in the operation of track and trace, PCR systems and serialization procedure.
