Job Summary : Leads CMO operations ensuring supply, compliance, cost, and performance.
Key Responsibilities : Lead strategic planning and execution of CMO operations aligned with business goals. Oversee end- to-end supply chain coordination, including demand and material planning, ensuring timely production and delivery. Manage CMO performance through regular reviews, site visits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards, supporting audits and quality systems. Provide technical oversight for new product introductions, scale-ups, and process optimization. Act as the primary liaison for CMOs and vendors, fostering strong partnerships. Drive cost efficiency, monitor KPIs, and implement productivity enhancements to ensure operational excellence and uninterrupted product supply.
Technical Expertise : Expert in injectables, OSDs, tech transfer, GMP compliance, regulatory filings, ERP systems, and cross-functional CMO operations.
