Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific subject or equivalent experience in a relevant environment
• Previous experience in Program Management, business development/selling activities and leading cross-functional project teams and achieving goals
• Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to form solid working relationships with stakeholders and use influence to accomplish functional and business goals
• Ability to influence internal staff to achieve business and functional goals without direct authority or reporting lines
• Understanding of typical CDMO service contracts and legal agreements
• Ability to understand cultural differences and modify behaviors to support global customer relationships
• Ability to establish and maintain key relationships with external and internal business leaders
