Job Description
1. Perform the activities pertaining to in process checks, line clearance in production, packing and warehouse department.
2. Ensure completion of on-line BMR/BPR and review of BMR/BPR
3. To participate and supervise media fill activities.
4. Collection of sample for various stages Bulk. finished product, Stability, Process validation, Rinse water and other samples
5. Perform verification of dispensing of raw and packaging material.
6. To prepare/support preparation of APR/APQR and consolidation of data from batch record.
7. To Initiate of Change Control, Deviation and CAPA
8. Participate in investigation of deviation united root cause.
9. To prepare/execute protocol of visual inspector qualification activity.
10. Responsible for preparation and handling of defective kit and test set
11. Prepare of standard operating procure related to IPQA
12. Responsible for AQL for visually injected vials.
