Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB) is an institution of national importance established by the Department of Biotechnology, Govt. of India, under auspices of UNESCO. The primary focus of RCB is to provide world class education, training and conduct innovative research at the interface of multiple disciplines to create high quality human resource in disciplinary and interdisciplinary areas of biotechnology.

Title of Project: Development of Biocompatible Surfaces for ESKAPE Pathogens, Department of Biotechnology.

Duration: Till June 11, 2020. May be extended by six months’ subject to extension of the duration of the project.

Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry or any equivalent degree with NET /GATE Qualified or MPharm / MTech

Principal Investigator : Dr. Avinash Bajaj

Fellowship: Rs. 25,000/- + 30% HRA per month
