Yashwant Sinha and Dr. Manju Sharma, Secretary, Department of Biotechnology. Biotech Consortium India Limited (BCIL) is a public limited company, promoted by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India and All India Financial Institutions for providing the necessary linkages among stakeholders and business support for facilitating accelerated commercialization of Biotechnology.
Post : Senior Project Executive (SPE) and Project Executives (PE)
BCIL invites applications/ CVs from suitable candidates for the post of Senior Project Executive (SPE) and Project Executives (PE) to work purely on contractual basis with a fixed pay package.
Qualifications :
Post graduate degree in Biotechnology / Life sciences from a recognized University in India/ abroad. Doctorate degree in Genetics/molecular biology will be preferred.
Experience :
Preface will be given to candidates with working experience in biotechnology regulatory aspects.
Familiarity with biosafety issues related to modern biotechnology/ genetically modified organisms (GMOs)/would be preferred
Job description :
Responsibilities include providing assistance and technical support on projects of the biosafety division including organizing capacity building events. content development for resource documents/ websites, keeping track of latest biosafety developments on various national and international forums and other miscellaneous job related duties.
Salary (Per Month) : For PE Rs.20000/- to Rs. 30000/- PM and SPE Rs.30000/- to Rs. 50000/-PM depending on qualification(s) and experience.
