We are hiring for Hr - Officer in reputed Pharma company in Tarapur location
Post : Hr - Executive ( 02 Posts)
Recruitment & Selection :
1. Meeting the requirements of Manpower at all levels.
2.Posting of advertisement into Naukri portal.
3.Interviewing the candidates for the suitable posts.
4.Salary Negotiation, Induction discussion with the shortlisted candidates in detail.
5.Preliminary Formalities: Short-listing prospective candidates for required positions, preparation of interview schedule, organizing interviews, Joining formalities, Induction programme.
6. Secondary Formalities: Checking medical status, filling up statutory documents status and relevant documents required to QA department. Completion of joining formalities. Lisioning with Govt. Dept
7.Preparation of letters to Govt. Dept such as MIDC water division, Fire Office, MSEB, BSNL, Labour office in absence of Manager HR.
8. Handling of unwanted visitor like Press Reporter, politician Etc in absence of Manager HR.
9.Responsible for completion of all statutory compliance on time. HR Project 10.Co-ordination for Bridging Ties activities & Preparation of JD's for Assistant Manager and above level.
Candidate Profile :
Should have experience in Pharma Industry
Good communication skills
Male candidates only
