ECHS Central Organization invites applications for post of Pharmacist

The Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme (ECHS) is a flagship healthcare initiative of the Government of India under the Ministry of Defence, dedicated to providing comprehensive, quality and cashless medical care to Armed Forces veterans and their eligible dependents. Through its nationwide network of ECHS Polyclinics, Service Hospitals and empanelled healthcare facilities, the Scheme strives to ensure accessible, efficient and beneficiary-centric healthcare services. Guided by the principles of service, dignity and accountability, ECHS remains steadfast in its commitment to safeguarding the health and well-being of those who have served the Nation.

ECHS invites applications to engage following staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic Mumbai & Mahad and Regional Centre Mumbai for a period of one-year renewable for additional period of one year/till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates.

Pharmacist (PC Mumbai, INHS Asvini)
Qualification : B-Pharma/10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and approved D Pharma from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948), Min 03 yrs experience.

Salary : Rs. 36,500/-

Pharmacist (SEMO, INHS Asvini)
Qualification : B-Pharma/10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and approved D Pharma from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948), Min 03 yrs experience.
No of post : 01
Salary : Rs. 36,500/-

Pharmacist (PC Mahad, Raigad District)
Qualification : B-Pharma/10+2 with Science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology and approved D Pharma from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy Council of India and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948), Min 03 yrs experience.
No of post : 01
Salary : Rs. 36,500/-

Salary Option for ESM
Ex-servicemen (ESM) will have two options for salary fixation:
2.1 Opt for a fixed consolidated salary, or
2.2 Opt for salary fixation for the entire contract period as per the following formula:
Last drawn salary as per PPO (latest CPC) minus pension + TA with applicable DA(%).
Preference will be given to the Ex-servicemen.

Application as per requisite format along with self-attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and Work experiences will be submitted to Officer-in-Charge Station Headquarters ECHS, INS Angre, SBS Road, Mumbai 400001 by 27 Nov 26.
Any application received after 27 Nov 26 will not be accepted.

Interview date and timing will be intimated by telephonic.
Candidates must bring all original certificates/documents/degree/work experience and Discharge Book/PPO service records.
No TA/DA is admissible.
