District Health Committee, Ramgarh under National Health Mission, Jharkhand invites application from candidates possessing the desired qualifications and qualifications for ANM0 / Staff Nurse / Lab Technician / Block Data Manager / Pharmacist and other following posts on contract basis (with backlog).

• Preference will be given to those who worked in Health or Social Sector.

Ayush Pharmacist

Qualification : • Ayurvedic Compounder : Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from Govt, recognized Institute
• Unani Compounder : Diploma in Unani Pharmacy from Govt, recognized Institute,
• Homeopathic Compounder Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from Govt, recognized Institute

Pharmacist
Name of Program : Rashtriya Bal Surksha Karyakram (RBSK)
No of post : 01
Qualification : • Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute should have registered under Jharkhand State Pharmacy Council.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & Internet
Salary (Rs. Per month) : 12000/-

Selection Conditions
01. There will be no employment of officers/employees on contract basis, rather they will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium.
02. An Indemnity Bond to the effect that they will not claim regular appointment must be attached with the representation.
03. The name of the post applied for and the name of the programme should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
04. A plain envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 25/- on which the correspondence address is mentioned must be enclosed along with the application.
05. The contract will be valid for one year. If required, it can be extended by one year at a time based on annual performance/appraisal.
06. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium to the contractual employees on contract basis.
07. Candidates who are submitting CGPA-Score Card for academic qualification shall also submit CGPA Conversion Chart along with the mark sheet.
08. For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
09. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process by the committee as per the advertised eligibility and qualification.
10. The decision of the Committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
11. The Committee reserves the power to partially amend the terms and conditions of the advertisement/cancel the advertisement as required.
12. No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained regarding the appointment.
13. In accordance with Resolution No. 821, dated 05.02.2021, of the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand, Ranchi, only local residents of Jharkhand are eligible to apply for all positions. A local resident certificate issued online by the Circle Officer/Subdivisional Officer will be valid.

Selection Process
The process of selection is determined as follows.
01. Application form will be accepted only through Registered Post / Speed Post.
02. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Academic and Technical Examinations / Written Test / Skill Test / Interview; one or more of the two, as applicable.
3. The finalized merit list will be published in the office of the Civil Surgeon/Deputy Commissioner for one week. Information regarding the publication of the merit list will be provided through a notice board or newspaper.

Application Process
01. Candidates having the above qualification cum eligibility can submit their applications in the following prescribed form by attaching self-attested copies of required mark sheets and certificates, residential certificate for claiming reservation, caste certificate, all educational qualification certificates including matriculation certificate related to date of birth and two self-attested passport size photographs with the application form till 05:00 PM on 27.11.2026. Applications received after this will not be accepted.
02. Candidates having eligibility for technical post must mention separate mark certificates year wise i.e. first year, second year and third year (as applicable) as per technical course in the application form and attach self attested photocopies along with the application.
03. Applications sent directly/by registered post to any office other than the office of Civil Surgeon, Ramgarh will be automatically considered rejected.
04. Application Fee: For each post, General Category/OBC applicants
Rs. 400/- for SC/ST applicants and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST applicants
A demand draft of Rs. 1000/- must be enclosed with the application form. Payment of draft
The payment will be made in the name of "District Health Committee" Ramgarh.
05. Applications complete in all respects may be submitted in a sealed envelope through Registered Post/Speed Post addressed to Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, (Chhattarmandu) Ramgarh - 825101. The following information should be clearly mentioned on the top of the envelope, otherwise the application will not be opened.
