Roles and Responsibilities
• To identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase company sales.
• Prepare a database of potential customers by mining data through various sources online and offline (field visits, trade fairs, networking events and marketing campaigns).
• Visit the customers as per the generated database and understand the current infrastructure, specified and potential needs.
• Analysing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Lead generation and prospect management. To call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Present the company information and entire product range to customers.
• Identify key decision makers at customers and work towards scheduling meetings of seniors with them.
Qualification : B.Pharm / MBA / PGDM Marketing
