Call for a Junior research fellow (non-medical) in the Nanomedicine Research Laboratory, BITS-Hyderabad
Scope of work : Synthesis of polymers and their characterizations. Fabrication of 3D printed contact lenses and their physiochemical characterization. Optimization of electrospinning parameters and print AMP-loaded contact lenses. Validation of the in vitro results in the in vivo animal models of bacterial keratitis.
Essential Qualification : Master's Degree in Pharmaceutics or Pharmaceutical Sciences (First- class) from a recognized university. The candidate will be eligible to apply for the Ph.D. position next semester. PhD candidates are encouraged to apply.
Desirable Qualification : GATE/NET/GPAT qualification with prior experience working on a project related to developing nanoformulations, bacterial studies, and in vivo experiments. Strong interest in learning new techniques.
Fellowship : 37,000/- till the end of the project per month.
