Qualification : Graduate in B.PHARM / D.PHARM and Gujarat Pharmacy council Board registration is required. Candidate Should possess the basis computer course certificate and Computer knowledge will be tested during Interview.

Important instructions for filling the online form
1. Only the application received online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications received through RPAD, speed post, courier or simple post will not be valid.
2. Photocopy of legible original documents must be uploaded in the software. If the required documents are not uploaded, their application will be rejected.
3. Applications with incomplete details remain invalid.
4. For the selection of all cadres, merit will be prepared based on the percentage obtained in the final year of degree/diploma/graduation and if there is more than one trial in the final year, the merit list will be prepared by deducting 31% for each trial.
5. The candidate has to apply separately for more than one post.
6. The age limit will be calculated on the last date of acceptance of applications mentioned in the advertisement.
7. The contractual period for the said posts will be for 11 months. The period can be increased or decreased based on the requirement and budget.
8. The final decision to increase or decrease the said posts or cancel the recruitment will be taken by the Chairman, Urban Health Society, Rajkot Municipal Corporation.
