Walk-In Interview Operator/ Executive- Vaccines

Quality Assurance – (IPQA/QMS)- Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
1. To ensure shop floor compliance to cGMP and GDP and facility/equipment up keeping.
2. Responsible daily oversight of document destruction process.
3. Responsible for quality oversight of personnel, process and practice to meet the cGMP and compliance requirement.

QA-QMS :-
• Knowledge of change control process in Trackwise/ in applicable system.
• To ensure that the site change control SOP is followed while execution.
• To evaluate the proposed change and its impact or risk associated with safety, purity, efficacy and quality of the product, cGMP system, documentation, regulatory impact and training requirement.

Vaccine Manufacturing (Cell Culture) -Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
• Experience in Preparation of media and buffers.
• Experience in viral vaccine drug substance manufacturing process
• Preparation of cell banks and virus banks
• Basic knowledge of performing aseptic operations, hands- on experience in working with Biosafety cabinets/ Laminar Air Flow units.

Formulation and Filling - Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive
• Knowledge of Operation of Vial washing/ Filling/Lyophilizes/Autoclave/Process vessels.
• Experienced in handling of O-RABS, C-RABS, Isolators., Ampoule/PFS/Vial/Catridges.
• Sound knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)& documentation thereof for various production activities.

Formulation and Filling – Plant Operator/TA
• Knowledge of handling of O-RABS, C-RABS, Isolators.
• Experienced in Ampoule/PFS/Vial/Cartridges.
Operation of Vial washing/ Filling/Lyophilizers/Autoclave/Process vessels.

Qualification : B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Pharm / M.Sc. in Biotech, Micro, Life sciences / ITI / Diploma
Experience : 2-5 years of hands-on experience
