Post : Officer - Production (Animal Health)
Job Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing daily & weekly production schedules
• Ensure that production targets are met in accordance with demand forecasts
• Coordinate with the PPIC, Maintenance & Quality divisions to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee production line activities & ensure efficient use of resources (materials, manpower & machinery)
• Monitor process parameters & identify areas for improvement
• Ensure proper documentation of production data & daily reports
• Ensure quality standards of products
• Implement, monitor & maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections & audits
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations & company policies
• Conduct safety briefings & promote a safe working environment
• Promptly report & investigate incidents or near misses
• Supervise & train Production staff to ensure high performance & compliance with procedures
• Evaluate employee performance & support overall employee development & conduct divisional trainings
• Monitor leave, attendance, punctuality act of the team
• Monitor & maintain team performance & discipline
• Identify bottlenecks & propose process improvements to increase efficiency & reduce waste
• Support lean manufacturing & cost-saving initiatives
Candidate Profile
• B.Sc. in Pharmacy or B.Pharm Degree
• Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in Manufacturing is preferred
• Potential fresh graduates will also be considered
