Looking for candidates with relevant experience in Injectable regulated plant for Manufacturing & Packing Department at SEZ Matoda Location as mentioned below.
Injectable Manufacturing
Post : Officer/ Sr. Officer/ Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification : M.Sc./ B.Pharma/ M.Pharm
Experience : 2 - 7 yrs
Required skills : • Area : Aseptic & Controlled area operation (Filling, Sealing, filtration, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Tunnel Operations, QMS Activities, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT etc.)
• Line : Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Lyophilizer and Vial, Bag Line, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line.
• Machine Exposure : Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), Cartonator, Track & Trace etc.
• Candidate must have hands on experience in aseptic & controlled area of Injectable/Sterile Manufacturing.
Injectable Packing
Post : Officer / Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience : 2 - 7 yrs
Required skills : • Visual inspection (MVI and AVI) and packing line execution.
• QMS work i.e. Change control, deviation, machine qualification/requalification.
Injection Manufacturing & Packing
Post : Apprentice
Qualification : BSc./ Diploma (any specialization)
Experience : Freshers
Required skills : • Apprentice for Injection Manufacturing and Packing Departments.
Injectable Manufacturing
Post : Assistant/ Associate
Qualification : ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc
Experience : 2 - 7 yrs
Required skills : • Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop filling machine (Groninger / Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree), Cartonator, Track & Trace etc.
• Candidate must have hands on experience in aseptic & controlled area of Injectable /Sterile Manufacturing.
