Advertisement for Research Scientist, Technical Support at AIIMS

Applications are invited amongst the eligible candidates for the following post to be filled purely on a temporary basis at the Centre of Community Medicine, AIIMS, New Delhi, under Dr Harshal Ramesh Salve, Additional Professor, Centre for Community Medicine for the Indian Council of Medical Research funded project.

Project title : "Heat Exposure Assessment and Labour Tailored Interventions : A Holistic Approach for Building Climate-Resilient Workplaces in Selected Occupational Groups (HEALTH)" [Project Code: 1-1903)
Duration : 1 year extendable (Project Duration- 4 years)
Place of Work : Faridabad and Delhi

Project Research Scientist - I (Non-medical) (01 post)
Eligibility Criteria Essential : • First Post-graduate degree, including integrated PG degrees (or)
• Second Class Postgraduate degree, including the integrated PG degree with PhD
• Proficiency in SPSS/STATA/R and data management software (Epicollcct/REDCap)
Desirable : • Work experience in community-based studies
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals
Remuneration : Rs. 56,000/-p.m + HRA, as admissible
Age (Yrs) : 35 years (as on last date of receipt of applications)

Project Technical Support - III (03 posts)
Eligibility Criteria Essential: • Educational minimum qualification : Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university + three years of experience or PG in relevant subject / field (public health / environment)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software (Epicollcct/REDCap).
Desirable : • Previous experience in handling research data, especially in health research projects.
• Minimum one year of experience in data management
Remuneration : Rs. 28,000/-p.m + HRA, as admissible
Age (Yrs) : 35 years (as on last date of receipt of applications)

Project Technical Support - I (03 posts)
Educational minimum qualification : Graduate degree in health/social sciences from a recognized university
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software (Epicollcct / REDCap).
Desirable : • Previous experience in health research projects.
• Minimum one year of experience in data management
Remuneration : Rs. 18,000/-p.m + HRA, as admissible
Age (Yrs) : 28 years (as on last date of receipt of applications)
