The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Project Associate-I to work under a Department of Biotechnology, Government of India sponsored project (BT/ INF/22/SP43065/2021) titled “Boost to University Interdisciplinary Life Sciences Departments for Education and Research in the project ‘Understanding neutrophil bioenergetics in host-pathogen interactions’ under the supervision of Dr. Manjunath B Joshi, Professor in the Department of Ageing Research, Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal.
Eligibility : M.Sc. in any field of Life Sciences
• Prior experience in mammalian cell culture, immunology, animal handling
• Candidate with UGC-CSIR/NET/GATE/ DBT-BET qualification will be preferred.
Remuneration : Rs. 37,000+HRA (National Eligibility Tests UGC-CSIR/GATE/ DBT-BET)
Rs. 30,000+HRA (Who don’t fall under the above category)
Duration of the project : 2.5 Years
