The ECHS Central Organization is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organization is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement (DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).
Post : Pharmacist
ECHS invites application to engage the following OIC Polyclinic Medical. Para Medical end Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic Jammu for a period of one year till attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other condition according to the criteria as mentioned against each post.
Minimum Qualification :
B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute or (I) 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry. Biology)
(II) Approved Diploma In Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy council of India and registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacist Act 1948.

Experience : Minimum 3 years
Fixed Remuneration : 36,500/-
Preference will be given to the Ex- servicemen.
Application as per requisite format alongwith self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications Work Experiences Medical cert duly signed by SEMO'CMO Character Certificate/ Police Verification, in a sealed envelope will be dropped in a sealed Tender Box placed at ECHS Polyclinic Jammu gate by 12 Feb 2025 (1100 hrs) in duplicate Any application received after 12 Feb 2025 (1100 hrs) will not be accepted.
Interview Date, Timing & Venue
Candidates must reach Stn HQ Jammu at 0830h on 21 & 22 Feb 2026 for the interview to be held between 0845 firs to 1400 hrs. Candidates must bring all the original certificates/marks sheets/ Degree of 10th/Matric, 10+2 and Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma/course, work experience and discharge book, PPO and two PP size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DA is admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements may apply. Vacancies may be changed.
