Post : Business Development (Commercial * Operations) - AGM / DGM
• Coordinate & Collaborate with Portfolio management, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Operations, Legal, Business dev & Finance teams and Integrate 5-year strategic plan for specific regions for the speciality business (Injectables/ Oncology products).
• Collate business case & annual budgets, forecasts of various projects in consultation with the sales and marketing teams, Out-licensing teams.
• Interact with Sales & Marketing teams & get tactical clarity on operations, accurate information on competition, pricing & volume demand in the respective countries.
• Review historical sales trends, forecast & actual sales data, information on new products & provide inputs to the commercial operations & business dev team regarding products that are doing well & where the company needs to focus.
• Prepare product profiles, presentations & relevant content to market/ promote the business in social media, events.
