Inviting women candidates for the post of Marketing Executive for EQUALSTWO, an all-women division for Babycare and Mothercare products

The division is looking for marketing personnel to define the growth map and lead the business. Candidates should be experienced in the FMCG/babycare/ mothercare segments and should have demonstrated a track record in digital marketing, brand building and disruptive marketing.

• Candidates should hold B.Sc. or B. Pharm degrees with 2 years of relevant experience in field sales / pharma and should not be more than 28 years of age. They should know the overall demography of the assigned headquarter, connect amongst dermatologists and pediatricians and should be proficient in spoken English. They would be reporting to the Area Business Manager.
• Candidates would be responsible for achieving business objectives for the assigned headquarters, identifying the potential customers, meet them at regular intervals to develop a productive professional relationship, building a base for prescribers, generating new prescriptions through effective implementation of marketing strategies and creating demand for the products.
• The role would also be responsible for primary and secondary sales, conducting activities for doctors and channel partners as planned by the marketing team, ensuring retail availability of the products across headquarter, visiting stockists at regular intervals to access the sales trend, booking orders, procuring monthly stocks and sales statements, ensuring doctor coverage as per the set norms of the organization and maintaining daily calls with doctors & chemists.
• Candidates should be action-oriented, and creative, possess business acumen and technical skills and focus on customers.
