Job for Quality Control Executive at HLL Lifecare Limited | B.Pharm, M.Sc

Retail Business Divisions and Healthcare Services Division of HLL Lifecare Limited, has setup AMRIT Pharmacies and HINDLABS respectively across Assam state for which the company is looking for dynamic and performance driven professionals for the following position on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.

Post : Executive (Quality Control)

Department : Manufacturing facility at Manesar, District- Gurgaon (Haryana)

Tasks
• Plan and control QA/QC activities, quality supervision and in process quality control (IPQC)
• Compliance to SOP, STP, Specification of materials and finished products
• Method validation, Qualification and Calibration of Instruments
• Quality testing of incoming materials and finished products and stability study
• Maintenance of QC records complying to regulatory requirements, ISO 13485, CE
• Development of marketing support material including product design and development
• Handling customer complaints including corrective and preventive action (CAPA), Handling Deviation, OOS
• Maintaining licenses, ISO, CE mark certification; Handling regulatory & statutory audits.

Requirements
Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.10.2019

Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.20000 – Rs.32000 (Assistant Manager Grade)

(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Qualification:
Essential: Graduate in Engineering (Biotechnology) / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Life Science / Chemistry/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry)

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: Minimum 2 years experience in testing of Medical Devices (In-Vitro diagnostic kits).
Desirable : Shall be approved as Q.C. chemist for In-vitro diagnostics and preference will be given to those are approved Q.C. Chemist by Haryana State FDA
