HLL Lifecare Limited, a Mini Ratna Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India is a global provider of high quality healthcare products & services. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities spanning across India, HLL is diversifying into vaccine manufacturing, lifecare services, sanitary napkins besides engaging in procurement consultancy, healthcare infrastructure development and facility management.

GAPL manufactures life saving drugs- dry powder injectables, tablets, capsules and liquid orals in its manufacturing facility at Tuem, Pernem in NORTH GOA. GAPL’s manufacturing facilities meet cGMP guidelines issued by Government of India from time to time and the unit also complies with GMP as per revised Schedule M of the Drugs & Cosmetics Act. The Company also manufactures and supplies Ayurveda and Homoeopathy medicines as per Schedule T and valid GMP certificates issued by the licensing authority in its facilities in Rajastan. GAPL is fully equipped in terms of technology, infrastructure and expertise to meet all the required quality and delivery standards in its supplies. 

In order to head this subsidiary company, we are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who is a visionary, with strong leadership skills, business acumen and values driven to lead a team of professionals.  The CEO will be responsible for achieving business goals and providing strategic direction to the company as well as creating a vision for success.

Tasks
• Organisation building, Business  Development  and Operations including Manufacturing and Marketing.
• Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
• Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management.
• Establishing basic priorities, ethical values, policies etc within the company.

Competencies
• Leadership capabilities to translate the vision into flawless execution to deliver results.
• Ability to coordinate and interact effectively with various other institutions and agencies.
• Conceptual ability and strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
• Ability to effectively negotiate MOUs/Contracts.

• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Managing a highly efficient work force.

Cadidate Profile:
Maximum Age:  55 years as on 1st November 2018 for VP level and 50 years as on 1st November 2018 for AVP level

Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment): Rs.43,200 – 66,000/- (under revision) (E7, Vice President) / Rs.36,600 – 62,000/- (under revision) (E6, Associate Vice President) Annual CTC: Rs.19.1 (Non-Metro) lakhs(approx.) (Vice President)  / Rs.16.1(Non-Metro) lakhs (approx.) (Associate Vice President) at the minimum of the scale.

Qualification:
Essential:
1. Degree in Engineering
or
2. B.Pharm
or
3. Post Graduation in Life Science

Post Qualification Experience:
For Vice President level
Over 20 years post qualification experience in a Manufacturing Organisation preferably in Pharma / Healthcare manufacturing companies.  The candidate should have 10 years senior managerial experience out of which minimum 2 years should be as Head of Unit / Division.
Candidates from Government / PSU / Autonomous organisations should have 2 years experience in immediate lower grade whereas candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC.
Working knowledge of SAP / ERP desirable.

For Associate Vice President level
Over 15 years post qualification experience in a Manufacturing Organisation preferably in Pharma / Healthcare manufacturing companies.  The candidate should have 7 years senior managerial experience out of which minimum 2 years should be as Head of Unit / Division.
Candidates from Government / PSU / Autonomous organisations should have 2 years experience in immediate lower grade whereas candidates from private sector should be drawing comparable CTC.
Working knowledge of SAP / ERP desirable
