Job Description:
• Should have exp in QMS / Qualification/ Validations/ Documentations / CAPA / IPQA
• Monitoring of IPQA Activity in USFDA approved Injectable plant order to comply the parameter accordance with standard specification.
• Validation, Stability, Control, semi finished and finished product sampling.
• To check the calibration record of the balances, IPQA Instruments and Verify log books
• Review of BMRs, BPRs and issuance for the same.
• Updating Change control, Deviation, CAPA and issuance for the same.
• Release the products by verifying the batch records, COA with analytical backup and all entries required in ERP.
• To Prepare and Review Process Validation Protocol & report for Process validation Batches.
• To prepare the APQR of the Product and Monthly Report.
• To prepare Qualification document of Equipment.
• To Prepare audit Compliance report for Regulatory and Non Regulatory audit and Self Inspection report
• To ensure that production and control operations are checked and cGMP requirements are observed.
