Application Guidelines
1. Online applications are invited via the website https://govthealth.cg.gov.in/RecRajnandgaonCont2026 from 15/05/2026 up to 05:00 PM on 29/05/2026.
2. All posts are purely contractual in nature and are governed by the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh. Furthermore, regarding reservation in contractual recruitment, "all appointments and the selection process shall be subject to the final order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, New Delhi, in S.L.P. (C) No. 19668/2022."
3. Applications will be accepted exclusively through the online mode; applicants are advised to thoroughly study the guidelines provided in this advertisement before applying.
4. Candidates must register online using their mobile numbers. Subsequently, a registration number and password will be sent to the candidate's mobile number; candidates must use this registration number and password to log in and fill out their application forms.
5. It is mandatory for applicants to scan the QR Code provided in the advertisement to pay the application fee and to enter the generated Transaction ID Number into the online application form.
6. After fully completing the online application form, applicants must 'Submit' it. Furthermore, it is mandatory to take a printout of the filled application form, self-attest it (sign it), and upload the signed copy; failure to do so will render the application invalid.
7. After uploading the self-attested application form, applicants must print and securely retain the acknowledgment receipt, as it will be mandatory to present this receipt during the document verification process. 
8. At the time of submitting the online application, it is mandatory for candidates to enter details regarding all essential documents (academic qualifications, caste, domicile registration, disability registration, and other qualification registrations, such as Council registration). During the online application process, it is mandatory to upload only the verified experience certificate. The remaining certificates need not be uploaded online; however, it is mandatory to enter the relevant information in the online application based on these certificates. A meticulous scrutiny of all the applicant's documents will be conducted during the document verification process prior to the Skill Test.
9. In the event that any discrepancy is found between the details provided in the online application and the corresponding documents submitted during the document verification/scrutiny process—or if any error of any nature is detected—appropriate legal action may be initiated, or the candidate's application may be liable for rejection. The applicant shall be solely responsible for any such consequences.
10. It is mandatory that the institution from which the academic qualification was obtained holds valid registration/recognition from the UGC, AICTE, and the relevant Council, and that such registration/recognition was effective prior to the date of issuance of this advertisement.
11. For the advertised posts, it is mandatory that all prescribed academic qualifications, work experience, and all relevant registrations were obtained/effective prior to the date of issuance of this advertisement.
12. For posts where the academic qualification or marksheet indicates grades, it is mandatory for candidates to have their marks (including the percentage) calculated in numerical terms (out of the maximum marks) by the Head of their educational institution/Principal, and to enter these specific numerical details in the online application form.

13. Application Fee :

The applicant is required to pay the application fee by scanning the provided QR code.  
*Note:* In the event that candidates with disabilities fail to mention their disability in the online application form, they shall be required to pay the prescribed fee applicable to other categories. Similarly, if candidates belonging to reserved categories apply under the Unreserved category, they shall be required to pay the fee applicable to the Unreserved category, in accordance with the rules.


14. Age Limit:* For this contractual recruitment, the minimum age limit is 18 years. The maximum age limit shall be 70 years for medical positions and 64 years for managerial positions. Age shall be calculated based on the reference date of January 01, 2026.  
15. Recruitment Process :
A. Following the scrutiny of received applications and attached documents, a list of eligible and ineligible candidates—along with notices and other instructions regarding claims and objections—will be published separately on the district website: rajnandgaon.nic.in/. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidates to check this website periodically for updates. No information will be conveyed to candidates through any other medium.  
B. No new documents of any kind will be accepted during the claims and objections phase. The process for resolving claims and objections will be conducted strictly based on the details provided in the original application form; only clerical errors may be rectified during this process. Candidates will not be permitted to appear for the examination/selection process if they fail to produce any original documents during the verification stage.  
C. To submit claims or objections, candidates are required to log in to the online portal and submit their representations using the specific format prescribed by the Selection Committee, strictly within the stipulated deadline.  
D. In this recruitment process, the authority to determine the eligibility or ineligibility of applicants—based on their qualifications—rests solely with the Collector (ex-officio Chairperson of the District Health Committee) and the District-Level Selection Committee.

General Conditions and Guidelines for Recruitment
• All posts are entirely contract-based, and recruitment will be done in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
• Contract Honorarium: During the contract period, a monthly lump-sum honorarium and other amounts will be payable as per the prescribed ROP (NHM). No other allowances/benefits will be payable.
• The above contract period will be until March 31, 2027. This period may be extended if the performance evaluation is satisfactory. The contract positions will automatically be cancelled upon regular recruitment.
• The contract appointment can be terminated by giving notice to the selected candidate at any time after they report to work. Similarly, the candidate must provide one month's notice or deposit one month's salary before submitting their resignation.
• In the event of equal marks, the candidates' dates of birth will be used as the basis for determining seniority.  Candidates with an earlier date of birth (elderly in age) will be given priority. Age will be calculated as of January 1, 2026.
• Candidates holding special reservation eligibility (for persons with disabilities/ex-servicemen/women reservations as per rules) must submit relevant documents issued by the competent authority. Otherwise, if such candidates fail to submit the certificate during document verification, they will be included in the general category.
• Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class categories must submit a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
• The above contractual position will be non-transferable, and reporting to the place of posting as per the appointment order will be mandatory. Failure to report to the place of posting at the appointed time and place of posting will automatically result in the selected candidate's appointment being cancelled.
• The performance appraisal of the contractual employee will be conducted by the Controlling Officer.
• Only applications from candidates possessing the required qualifications for the advertised position will be accepted. 
• Mere selection for the applied-for post does not confer any right to appointment. Final appointments will depend on the actual availability of vacant positions and other necessary procedures/criteria.
• Waiting List: A category-wise waiting list will also be issued for the said post, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue or until the completion of the new recruitment process, whichever is earlier. New candidates accepted during this period will be considered.

• If, at any stage of the selection process, it is discovered that a candidate is exerting pressure of any kind—directly or indirectly—or attempting to influence the impartial selection process, their application form shall be deemed invalid. Furthermore, no claims or representations regarding this matter shall be entertained.
• It is mandatory for applicants to be native residents of Chhattisgarh. They are required to submit a Domicile Certificate issued by a competent authority.
• Candidates shall not be entitled to receive any form of travel allowance or reimbursement of expenses for appearing in the interview or skill test.
• Candidates currently employed in government or semi-government institutions must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by their employer at the time of document verification.
• Upon selection, all selected candidates shall be required to execute a bond undertaking that, should they wish to apply for positions elsewhere, they will first obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authority.
• The District Collector (who also serves as the Chairperson of the District Health Committee) shall hold the sole and final authority to make decisions regarding any disputes or issues arising during the recruitment process. Such decisions shall be binding upon all applicants.
• Candidates whose services have been terminated by the National Health Mission or any other government department—regardless of the post previously held—on grounds of indiscipline, financial irregularities, or misconduct shall be classified as ineligible candidates.
• For administrative reasons, the number of posts within the notified vacancies may be increased, decreased, or even cancelled. The authority to do so shall rest with the Selection Committee/Employer.
• Reservation – Provisions regarding reservation shall be implemented in accordance with the roster system currently in force in the undivided district of Rajnandgaon.
• Claims/Objections – No details submitted separately by candidates during the claims/objections phase shall be accepted. Only those claims pertaining to the details originally attached along with the application form shall be considered valid.
• Candidates must ensure that they carefully review the published preliminary list of eligible and ineligible applicants; otherwise, should any discrepancies be discovered following the claims/objections phase, the applicant shall be held solely responsible.
• For advertised vacancies where the required educational qualification is specified as "more than one" option or linked by "or," if a candidate submits documents for more than one educational qualification, only the highest educational qualification shall be considered valid.
