Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the 43 posts of Drugs lnspector (Medical Devices) Gazetted, Non-lvlinisterial, Pay level 8 (Rs.47600-151 100) of 7th CPC in the Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Directorate General of Health Services, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare on deputation basis across all the zones/ sub-zones including Head Quarter under the CDSCO.

Eligibility Criteria
Deputation (including short term contract) :-
Officers under the Central Government or State Government or Union territories Administrators or recognised research institutions or Public Sector Undertaking or University or Statutory, autonomous organisations:
(a) (i) holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ department;
or
(ii) with two years’ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the level-7 (Rs.44900-142400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department;
(iii) with six years’ service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in the level-6 (Rs.35400-112400) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and
(b) Possessing the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruitment under column (7) of Recruitment Rules of Drugs Inspectors (Medical Device) notified vide G.S.R. No.689(E), dated 6th November, 2024.
Note 1 :
The departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for
appointment on deputation. Similarly, the deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Note 2 :
The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
Note 3 : The maximum age-limit for appointment by deputation shall be not exceeding fifty -six years as on the last date of receipt of applications.
Cadre authorities/Heads of Department are requested to forward applications of eligible and willing candidates whose services can be spared for appointment to the said post on deputation basis so as to reach Shri Pawan Kumar, Deputy Director (Admn), Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation HQ, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi-110002 within 60 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE SENT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION
1. Application in prescribed format - Annexure II duly filled in and signed by the candidate and countersigned with seal by the Cadre/Appointing authority.
2. Attested copies of APAR/ACRs for the last 5 (five) years duly attested on each page by an officer not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India.
3. Integrity Certificate
4. Vigilance Clearance Certificate
5. Statement of major or minor penalties, if any, imposed on the officer during the last 10 years of service.
6. A certificate to the effect that the particulars furnished by the candidate have been verified and found correct as per service records.
7. Cadre Clearance Certificate.
