Consolidated salary : 35000+16% HRA
Essential Qualification : First class post graduate degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics from recognized University
Desirable : • Candidates with hands-on experience in library preparation for shotgun metagenomic sequencing, bioinformatics. Next- Generation Sequencing (NGS), Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) and data analysis; along with expertise in culturing and handling stool samples, bacterial isolation, biochemical characterization; DNA isolation from stool samples bacteria and toxin characterization using PCR.
• Data entry, experience of MS Excel and power point, familiar with statistical tools and software's for data analysis
• Preferable 03 years of Research experience or PhD.
Maximum Age limit : upto 40 years
Time period of Project : January 2026- December 2028
