Eligibility criteria (Qualifications and experience)
A. Essential :
1st class Master's degree in Life sciences from a recognized University with 2 years' experience in the related field or 2nd class Master's degree with PhD in relevant subject from a recognized university.
B. Desirable :
• Ph.D. degree in Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Veterinary Sciences subject from a recognized
• University with 1 year R&D/Teaching experience in the relevant subject.
• Additional Post-doctoral research / training experience in relevant subjects in recognized institute(S).
• Experience in working in handling clinical samples, serological and molecular techniques, experience in Good laboratory practices (GLP), Laboratory Quality Management Systems (LQMS),
• Internal Quality Control and External Quality Assurance (EQA), and NABL accreditation.
• Knowledge of Computer Applications or Business Intelligence tools/ Data Management.
Notes : Ph.D degree in relevant subject shall be treated equivalent to three years' experience respectively.
Maximum Age Limit : 35 years (as on last date of receipt of applications) Age relaxation to various category in accordance to GOI instructions.
Nature of work/responsibilities and expectations
Plan design and conduct an EQA program. Tasks include preparation of a sample bank, characterization of EQA samples, preparation and validation of the EQA panel, distribution of the panel, data collection, result analysis, report and manuscript writing. Additionally training of subordinates etc.

EVALUATION CRITERIA :
After the evaluation of the application form, the recruitment process will be as follows: a. Written test (areas which will be covered) specify approx. syllabus
The written test would be of 80 marks. No negative mark shall not be detected for wrong answer. The syllabus will be at M.Sc level
