Hiring for Manufacturing, Packing, Engineering, Production QMS & Quality Control.
Team Member - Production filling
Aseptic operations in Vial Filling, Cartridge Filling, Lyophilizer, Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel and Autoclave. Exposure with QMS (Investigations, Deviations & Change control).
Team Member - Engineering - Process & Instrumentation
Experience in mechanical and process, experience in PLC/SCADAand automation, maintenance of injectable equipment (vial, BFS, Lyo filling, autoclave, tunnel, isolators).
Team Member - Qualifications
Sterile equipment qualification experience with SAT, IQ, OQ, PQexecution, including autoclave, tunnel, filling/capping machines, Lyo, washing and related systems.
SME - Vial filling / Lyophilizer / Cartridge / BFS
Hands-on experience in installation, commissioning and qualifications. OEM background is mandatory.
Team Member - Engineering - Utilities
Working with HVAC, Purified Water, WFI, Clean Steam, Compressed Air, Nitrogen, Chillers, Boilers, DG sets and Electrical(with 33kv license).
Team Member - Production Compounding
Perform complex injectable compounding with CIP, SIP, SKIDS, Vessels, solution preparation, filtration, equipment cleaning, and GMP documentation.
Team Member - Packing
Injectable packing expertise with visual inspection, labeling, serialization/track & trace, auto-cartoning, secondary packing, & experience in leak detection.
Team Member - Quality Control (Chemical)
Hands-on experience in HPLC, GC, KF, IR, UV, chemical analysis, stability studies, and cGMP/GDP compliance in a USFDA regulatory environment.
Experience : 3-8 years
Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech/ B.Pharmacy, B.Sc/M.Sc
Minimum 60% is Mandatory in Academics.
