Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad, against a DBT-funded project.

Post : Project Associate I (01 Position)

Project title : “Development of an artificial feeding system for tick propagation as an alternative to large animals for controlled experimentation”
PI : Dr. Anand Srivastava, Scientist-E.
Duration : One Year (extendable upon performance)

Fellowship amount : (i) 31,000/- +27% HRA to Scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Tests - CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE or (b) A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions, (ii) 25,000/-+27% HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above. As per the DST guidelines.
Age : 35 years

Eligibility : Post Graduate Degree in Natural Sciences with experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or Science and technology organisations.

Desired Experience : Candidates with experience in molecular biology, cell culture, biomaterials, and 3D bioprinting will be given preference.
