Post : ASSOCIATE MANAGER

Department : Procurement Services Division 
Task : To oversee Procurement Service activities for the Retail Business Division (RBD) and Defence Pharma Division (DPD), including vendor registration and development, rate evaluation, verification and approval of purchase orders, coordination with vendors for timely delivery of goods to pharmacies and warehouses, liaison with the Ministry and other stakeholders, and coordination with Operations and Pharmacy Teams to ensure efficient procurement and uninterrupted supply chain operations

Qualification & Experience : Essential: BBA / DPharm / Graduation with Diploma in Operations Management/Materials Management/ Supply chain management /other related disciplines with minimum 7 year post qualification experience in Pharmacy Chain Procurement of a reputed Organization. 
Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.05.2026 
Or 
BPharm / B Tech / MBA / Graduation with PG Diploma (Operations Management/ Materials Management/ Supply chain management) / other equivalent post graduate professional qualifications in Materials / Supply Chain Management /equivalent professional qualification with minimum 1 year post qualification experience in Pharmacy Chain Procurement of a reputed Organization. Maximum Age : 37 years as on 01.05.2026

Pay Details
Basic pay range : Rs. 25000-45000/-
Gross Salary :  Rs.50275.00 (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Annual CTC : Rs.7.22 Lakhs (Non-Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale

10. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be same as the cut of date for calculating Qualification & Post Qualification Experience of the candidates. 
11. HLL reserves the right to cancel, restrict, or modify the selection process, or to not fill any or all of the posts notified, at its discretion. The number of vacancies may also be increased or decreased based on organizational requirements. 
12. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview. 
13. The decision of Management regarding selection will be final.
