Post : Quality Assurance - Change Control (Executive / Senior Executive)

Key Responsibilities
• Initiates CCs for requests received from JAMP's external partners.
• Coordinates the evaluation and approval of the CCs with the representatives of the various departments (quality, regulatory affairs, development, logistics, etc.) according to the established deadlines.
• Performs periodic follow-ups with those responsible for the implementation of CCs to ensure their completion according to the deadlines. Documents any missed deadlines.
• Performs the initial approvals of all CCs within the required deadlines.
• Ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all stages of the CC process.
• Completes external partner CCs following internal approval of the proposed change.
• Guides and trains internal and external partners in the drafting of CCs.
• Facilitate CC meetings when required.
• Collaborates closely with all JAMP departments and collaborators (local and international) in quality, regulatory affairs, logistics, suppliers, manufacturers, and others, to implement all activities required to complete the CC.
• Provides support to internal and regulatory inspections as required.
• Promotes a GMP attitude within the work site.
