Openings for Pharmacists under Health Department - 04 Openings

Collector Sir, District Dantewada has received instructions to operate Jan Aushadhi Kendra in Community Health Centres, Primary Health Centres operated under Health Department, District Dantewada. Pharmacist is required for 24X7 in Jan Aushadhi Kendra in the said health centers. The list of health centers is as follows.

Qualification : D.Pharm, B.Pharm

Terms and Conditions
1. Appointment for the said work will be made from the local residents of the district, in case of non-availability of applicants, applications of candidates from other districts will be considered.
2. Lump sum of Rs. 10,000/- (negotiable) per month will be provided by Indian Red Cross Society or Jeevan Deep Samiti.

Selection Process:-
1. Applicants must submit the original copies of documents and certificates attached with the application for document verification.
2. 8th mark sheet.
3. 10th mark sheet for proof of date of birth.
4. 12th mark sheet.
5. Mark sheet of each year of the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
6. Mark sheet of the prescribed desirable educational qualification.
7. It is mandatory to attach the live registration certificate of CG Council for the posts for which it is applicable.
8. District Jeevit Rojgar Registration is mandatory.
9. Valid caste certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable)
10. Experience certificate of related work, if any (experience certificate will be invalid if the period of experience is not clearly mentioned)
11. Identity card (Aadhar card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN card)
