GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Upper age limit :
• 50 years for the post of Professor.
• 40 years for the post of Assistant Professor & Lecturer Age relaxation permissible to various categories in as under :
I. SC/ST : 05 years
II. OBC : 03 years
• There will be no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved seat.
• Horizontal reservation applicable as per UP Government rules.
• Government servants and candidates belonging to scheduled castes / scheduled tribes / other backward class will get age relaxation as per Uttar Pradesh Govt. rules /orders.
• Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Class, Dependents of Freedom Fighter, Persons with Disability, Ex-Serviceman and women candidates who are not the permanent residents of Uttar Pradesh shall not be given the benefit of reservation/age relaxation. Such candidates shall be treated as the candidates of the General Category.
• In case of women candidates, the Caste Certificate of a person is to be decided on the basis of her birth in the said community as per UP government rules will only be treated as valid.

• Reservation: Reservation rules will be applicable as per ‘The Public Services (Reservation for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes) Act, 1994’ and Government orders issued from time to time for the domicile of Uttar Pradesh. Certificate issued by competent authority on prescribed format of Government of Uttar Pradesh is required for the claim of any reservation i.e. SC/ST/OBC.
• Latest Reservation Category certificate issued by the prescribed Competent Authority as per the prescribed format should be annexed with the application.
• The Institute will not be responsible if application of any candidate is rejected on the basis of incomplete or faulty information filled.

Director of the Centre reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lucknow bench of Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad.
• Incomplete applications may lead to rejection.
• Advance applications will be accepted but a copy forwarded through proper channel and a 'No Objection Certificate' from the current employer must be submitted (To the Director, Centre of BioMedical Research, SGPGIMS Campus Raebareli Road, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh India Pin Code:- 226014) before the date of interview.
• Exceptionally qualified candidates having meritorious records and/ or specialized experience may be given advance increments on the recommendation of the selection committee. In case of non-availability of candidates of requisites qualifications and experience, the selection committee may make such recommendations as it may deem fit. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be preferred.
• No. TA/DA shall be admissible for attending the interview.
• Only matriculation/SSC Certificates issued by the concerned educational board will be considered as proof of date of birth.
• Candidates must ensure before applying that they are eligible according to the criteria stipulated in the advertisement. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified and their candidature will be cancelled.
• Concealment of facts/information or submitting false information will disqualify the candidature at any stage of recruitment.
• The Centre reserves the right to revise/reschedule/cancel/suspend the recruitment process without assigning any reason. The decision of the Centre shall be final and no appeal in this regard shall be entertained.
