National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) is a national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The Government of India has declared NIPER as an 'Institute of National Importance'. National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER - Raebareli) is an autonomous body which has been established under the aegis of the Department of pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, in the Government of India, to provide leadership in pharmaceutical Sciences and other related areas.
National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Raebareli (NIPER-R) is an Autonomous Institute of “National Importance” set up by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, under the aegis of the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India by an “Act of Parliament”, to impart high-quality Education & Research in the area of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Institute intends to fill the following post on a Purely – Contractual Basis for its M. Tech in Medical Devices Course.
Assistant Professor (Contractual) 02 (Two)
Consolidated Pay : Consolidated honorarium of Rs. 70,000/- per month without any other benefits
Essential : Ph.D with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M. Sc. / M.Pharma. / M.S Pharma/B.Tech./M.Tech.) in Biomedical Engineering / Medical Devices / Bioelectronics / ECE / EEE / EIE / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering / Life Science / Pharmaceutical Science with a consistently good academic record.
Experience : At least 01 Years of teaching / research / industrial experience, excluding the experience gained during the pursuit of Ph.D. Candidates must also have high-quality publications in reputed journals.
Desirable : Experience in working at any Central or State Government Department / Central Autonomous Bodies / State Autonomous Bodies / University / Institute will be preferred.
Max. Age : 40 Years
Mode of Recruitment : CONTRACTUAL
Teaching – cum – Research Assistants (Contractual) 02 (Two)
Consolidated Pay : Consolidated honorarium of Rs. 35,000/- per month without any other benefits
Essential : M.Tech. / M. S.c. / M. S. in Biomedical Engineering / Medical Devices / Bioelectronics / ECE / EEE / EIE / Instrumentation / Mechanical Engineering / Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical Science with a consistently good academic record.
Desirable : Candidates with teaching / research / industrial experience will be preferred.
Max. Age : 35 Years
Mode of Recruitment : CONTRACTUAL
General Instructions
1. Candidates of Indian nationality can only apply for these posts.
2. The candidate will not be entitled to any other benefits, which are admissible to the regular employees of NIPER-Raebareli.
3. This engagement will not vest any right to claim for regular appointment in the Institute or for continued services in the Institute.
4. The Institute reserves the right to terminate this engagement any time even before the stipulated period in case of unsatisfactory performance, misconduct or any other administrative reasons/ compulsions.
5. Candidates should read carefully the requisite minimum essential qualifications, age and eligibility, experience criteria, etc. laid down in the advertisement before applying for the above post. Since all the applications will be screened on the basis of data submitted by the candidate in the offline / hard copy of the application form (by post / courier only), the candidates must satisfy themselves with their suitability for the position to which they are applying. If at any stage during the recruitment and selection process, it is found that candidates have furnished false or wrong information, their candidature will be rejected.
6. Candidates are advised to carefully fill out the Form as no change in any of the data filled in the application will be possible/ entertained. Submit only one application form for one post.
7. Incomplete applications or those without relevant supporting documents (self-attested copies of Date of birth/Degrees/ Certificates/ Mark sheets/Experience Certificates/documents,etc.) will be rejected.
8. On the recommendation of the Screening/Selection Committee, the Competent Authority may relax the experience of the candidates in exceptionally meritorious cases.
9. On expiry of the period of this engagement as per the offer of engagement, the candidate will not be required to turn up for duties unless further extension is given by the Institute.
10. Fulfilment of qualifications and experience is an essential requirement. The candidate will be called for selection process / interview while progressing ahead in the stage(s) of recruitment/selection, following the standards in general. As stated, the Institute is free to set the benchmark and call only the eligible candidates for the selection process / interview. Further, NIPER Raebareli also reserves the right to NOT to fill the post advertised, in the event of exigency so decided.
11. If it is detected by the NIPER-Raebareli during the period of engagement that academic credentials/age/experience are without standing, fake or substandard or your documents are false, fabricated, manufactured, tampered with or the candidate is not eligible for the post as per the prescribed educational qualifications and experience etc. which could not be detected at the time of selection due to whatever circumstances, the engagement shall be terminated forthwith and action will be initiated against the candidate as per rules.
12. The NIPER Raebareli reserves the right to change (cancel/modify/add) any of the criteria, method of selection, positions and appointment, etc.
13. Any dispute arising out of this Advertisement including the recruitment process shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts situated at Lucknow.
14. CANVASSING IN ANY FORM MAY LEAD TO THE CANCELLATION OF THE APPLICATION.
