Job Description
• Supervision and Maintaining of Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating and Packing areas in Small scale manufacturing in Production.
• Support Installation, Operation and performance qualification of all machines
• Preparation and review of SOP’s and other online documentation
• Review and ensure compliance, calibration, preventive maintenance of all machines
• Daily production planning and execution
• Review of executed batch manufacturing & Packing Batch records
• Set up, operation, cleaning and maintaining of all equipments
• Monitoring and recording of environmental conditions
• Calibration of balances and handling of IPQA instruments for in- process checks
• Handling of SAP R/3 system (Manufacturing related transactions)
• Management of Wash area, Material storage areas, change parts, spares and tools
• Performing batch manufacturing activities as per BMR instruction
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedure compliance
• Comply with the cGMP practices
• Coordination with cross functional departments
• Training and utilization of the manpower allotted
• Ensure compliance to data integrity as per laid down system and procedure

Candidate Profile
BSc. or B.Pharm with 4-6 years experience in Operating and supervising Granualation or compression area
