Ehtesham, Scientist ‘G’ and Director In-Charge, National Institute of Pathology. “Molecular epidemiological investigations based on NGS sequencing of Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from Tripura, Meghalaya and tea garden of Assam, NE region”
Junior Research Fellow: 01
Qualifications: M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences or allied subjects with NET Qualified.
Desirable Qualification: 1st class marks throughout. Experience in handling bacterial culture, animal tissue culture, routine molecular biology experiments and drug testing assays will be preferred.
Salary: @ Rs.25,000/- p.m. + 30% HRA
Duration: 1 year and extendable to 3 years
Age limit: 28 years (Age relaxation as admissible by rules)
Project Assistant: 01
Qualifications: Graduate in Science/relevant subjects/ from a recognized university with three year work experience from a recognized institution or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of computers and work experience in life sciences research lab would be preferred.
Job requirement: Data entry, lab stock maintenance, assist research scholars in preparing reagents and experiments etc. and any other activities as designated by Pis.
Consolidated emolument: @ Rs.31,000/- p.m.
Duration: 1 year and extendable to 3 years
Age limit: 30 years (Age relaxation as admissible by rules)
