Job Description:
To deliver optimized distribution plan in continuation to matching supply & demand. Quality (GMP), quantity, and timelines for all assigned tasks/projects Compliance with Novartis standards, in particular, ethics, health, safety, and environment (HSE), and information security (ISEC) standards. Unit KPIs (e.g. FPFV (first patient first visit), LTA (lost time accident), FTR (first time right), Rework Rates, Recalls) Cross-functional KPIs (if applicable)"
Candidate Profile
Degree in science, engineering or equivalent. English 1. >3 years of practical experience in chemical / pharmaceutical industry or > 3 years of experience in field of expertise 2. Good expertise in related field. Good (IT) application know how. 3. Good knowledge about the Drug Developmengt process 4. Basic project management , good organization and planning skills 5. Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. GMP, HSE etc.) and Novartis specific standards. 6. Demonstrates problem-solving and idea generation skills 7. Good presentation skills 8. Fundamental Leadership skills. 9. Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams.
