Experience : PhD : 7+ years | M.Sc.: 13+ years in CRO/API industry
Key skills : Analytical R&D (CRO/API), Client-Driven Project Management, Assay & Method Development, Impurity Profiling & Structure Elucidation, HPLC/ LC-MS / NMR / GC / FT-IR, Analytical Troubleshooting, Team Leadership

Key Roles & Responsibilities :
• Lead teams to drive technical excellence and analytical problem-solving.
• Handle impurity profiling, degradation studies, structure elucidation, and method validation.
• Manage client-driven projects ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance.
• Develop and optimize analytical methods for APIs and complex molecules.
• Oversee, troubleshoot, and train teams on advanced analytical instruments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, QA, EHS, and project teams
• Serve as technical point of contact and deliver scientific reports
