Pharmacy graduates can start work in ANRF Project at GADVASU

Applications arc invited for two posts of Project Associate-1 under the PAIR ANRF-2 project titled “ANRF-2 Consortium of Technologies for Sustainable Agriculture, Health, Energy and Environment : CODFST - Project II (H1A Work Package)" entitled “Enhancement of Protein Functional Properties via Non-Thermal Techniques for Novel Food Product Development: Modeling. In Vitro Evaluation, and Human Health Implications.” The positions are purely temporary and will be offered on a six-month contract basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds, and shall continue until completion of the project. The required qualifications and emoluments for the posts are given below.

Post : Project Associates-1 (Two posts) 

Emoluments : 30000/- P.M. (Consolidated)

Qualifications : Four years bachelor's degree in natural or agricultural sciences. master's degree in natural or agricultural sciences' B.V.Sc. B. Pharm or bachelor's degree in engineering or technology or medicine or from a recognized university or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
1. In carry research activities in accordance with the objectives of the project, including experimental design, execution of experiments, data collection  and analysis, interpretation of results, preparation of reports, manuscripts, presentations, and undertaking field outdoor visits to collaborating institutes and organizations, its required
2. To assist in other ongoing laboratory' research activities and related assignments as may be entrusted.
3. To perform any other duties/responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Other conditions
1. The Project Associates (PAs) appointed under the project, if not already possessing a Ph.D. degree, shall be required to enroll in the Ph.D. programme in the Department of Dairy Technology, Gum Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University , Ludhiana, under the supervision of the project team in collaboration with the Hub Institute (NIT Rourkcla). to fulfil the prescribed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). in accordance with and subject to the applicable University/ ANRF/ ICAR guidelines.
2. Age Limit: The upper age limit shall be 35 years as on the date of application, relaxable by up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/PH. OBC Women categories, as per applicable rules.
3. Preference shall be given to enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates possessing M.Tech/M.Sc. in Dairy Technology. Food Technology, Food Science & Technology. Food Processing, or Food Engineering. with demonstrated experience in food protein isolation, modification and characterization, and valorization in 3D food network systems.
4. The position shall he purely temporary, subject to the availability of project funds. and shall be coterminous with (IK- project.

Conditions : Eligible candidates are required to submit their biodata along with a recent passport-size photograph and self-attested copies of relevant certificates in PDF format as a single file to the email address  officecodst@gadvasu.in with a copy marked to  sunilkhatkar@gadvasu.in on or before 28-03-2026 up to 5:00 PM, The interview will be held on 30-03-2026 (Monday ) at 11.00 AM in the Office of the Dean. College of Dairy and Food Science Technology (CDFST). Candidates must bring their original certificates along with a hard copy of the application form submitted online for verification. No separate interview letter will be issued. No TA DA will be admissible for attending the interview.
