Job Description :
• Raw and Packing Material Receipt operation ; Well Verse in SAP S4 HANA
• Raw and Packing material Dispensing operation & Well Verse in SAP S4 HANA
• Maintain the daily GMP records as per GDP
• Handling of various Regulatory audits like USFDA,TGA, MHRA
• Timely execution of Calibration and daily verification of weighing balances
• Well verse in WMS and dispensing operation
Executive / Technical staff : Production Inspection (Tablet/Capsule) (Male & Female)
Total Experience : 1-3 Years
Qualifications : B.Pharma
Job Description :
• Operating automatic inspection machine,
• Managing manual visual inspection along with understanding of inspection activities related to tablets & capsules
• Perform line clearance & maintain proper batch record
• Basic knowledge of QMS and handling online training system
Executive/Technical staff : Packing & Processing (Male & Female)
Total Experience : 1-4 Years
Qualifications : B.Pharma / B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma
Job Description :
• Manpower allocation, supervision of line operations and ensuring uninterrupted machine operations with GMP compliance
• Documentation review, line clearance, in-process checks, investigation, CAPA, SOP handling, SAP S4 HANA reporting
• Training, Safety/EHS compliance, equipment calibration checks, and support to supervisors as required
• Follow GMP, GDP, ALC0A+ practices, SOPs , safety guidelines and complete training before executing activities
• Operate, clean, changeover and set machines as per BPR/SOP. perform checks, handle deviations, rejections, and minor mechanical issues
• Ensure hygiene, PPE usage, correct documentation, quality checks, expected output delivery, and report issues promptly to supervisors.
