Furthermore, standard government service rules do not apply to any of the aforementioned posts.
5) When submitting applications for any of the advertised posts, candidates must attach photocopies (attested or self-attested) of the following documents along with the application form: the prescribed application form itself; a photocopy of the Demand Draft; the 10th-grade mark sheet and passing certificate (serving as proof of date of birth); the 12th-grade mark sheet and passing certificate; degree mark sheets (covering all years—from the 1st year to the final year, including all attempts—to facilitate the calculation of aggregate marks); the Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate); a valid registration certificate from the relevant professional council (applicable for educational qualifications where such registration is mandatory); a Caste Certificate; an Age, Domicile, and Nationality Certificate; proof of age (such as a School Leaving Certificate or Birth Certificate); and any other documents deemed necessary. Candidates whose certificates utilize a Grading System must attach a photocopy of the 'Percentage Calculation Grade Card' (usually found on the reverse side of the certificate) along with the application. If a specific percentage calculation formula is not provided, candidates must obtain a conversion of their grades into numerical marks—duly certified by the concerned college or institution—and attach it to the application (this applies particularly to CGPA/SGPA systems). All documents attached to the application must be serially page-numbered. To obtain an acknowledgment of the application submission, candidates are required to bring a photocopy of the first page of their application form.
6) In addition to the educational qualifications specified in the advertisement for a particular post, if registration with a relevant professional council is a mandatory requirement, candidates must submit a valid Registration Certificate, Renewal Slip, Smart Card, or other pertinent documents along with their application. Furthermore, any additional educational qualifications acquired by the candidate should also be duly registered with the respective council. If the candidate possesses a Smart Card issued by the council, a photocopy of the same must be attached to the application; this will facilitate the verification and acceptance of the validity of the registration recorded on the said certificate.
7) Candidates must clearly specify in the application form the name of the post applied for, their category as per social reservation, the name of the bank, and the Demand Draft number.
8) All notices regarding the aforementioned recruitment—including lists of provisionally eligible/ineligible candidates, acceptance of objections, final lists of eligible/ineligible candidates, lists of provisionally selected candidates, and (should the Committee decide to conduct interviews or written examinations for specific posts) the corresponding schedule and other relevant details—will be published exclusively on the official website of the Zilla Parishad, Solapur: www.zpsolapur.gov.in. Candidates are hereby informed that no individual notices, telephone calls, SMS messages, or emails will be sent to them regarding these updates. 12) Candidates applying under reserved categories are mandatorily required to attach their Caste Certificate along with their application form. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application. Since these posts are of a daily-wage/contractual nature, a Caste Validity Certificate is not required. Nevertheless, it is mandatory for candidates to attach a Caste Certificate along with their application.
13) Candidates applying under reserved categories—excluding Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST)—are mandatorily required to submit a Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (valid up to the end of March 2027) along with their application.
14) If a receipt from a 'Setu' Center (Citizen Service Center)—issued for the purpose of obtaining a specific certificate—is submitted along with the application instead of the actual certificate, such candidates' applications will be marked as 'Ineligible' in the provisional list of eligible/ineligible candidates. However, candidates should take note that if they subsequently submit the actual certificate obtained from the Setu Center during the objection period, their applications will be deemed 'Eligible' in the final list of eligible/ineligible candidates.
15) The validity of the registration with the Council, or of any other documents, must be current as of the applicable period; however, applications from candidates who do not possess a valid professional certificate will be deemed ineligible. Furthermore, if a receipt for the registration fee paid to the Council, or a copy of the application submitted for registration, is attached to the current application, it will be accepted as valid proof. Nevertheless, the concerned candidate is ultimately expected to possess both a registration certificate and a valid professional certificate.
16) The prescribed application format has been published as provided below. Candidates should take note that applications submitted in any format other than this specific template will not be accepted. (Candidates should specifically note that applications that are self-typed, contain modifications to the prescribed format, or bear the name/branding of any external application-selling centers will be strictly rejected.)
17) If a candidate submits an application that is incomplete, partial, or illegible, and consequently, the application is rejected or deemed ineligible, the entire and sole responsibility for such outcome shall rest with the concerned candidate. No complaints or grievances of any nature regarding this matter will be entertained from the candidates. Should candidates encounter any difficulties while filling out the application form, they are advised to visit the office in person to seek clarification.
18) The candidate must be physically and mentally fit for the concerned post. Furthermore, there should be no criminal case or offense of any nature pending against the candidate.
19) If the concerned post is subsequently disapproved or abolished by the Central Government or the State Government, the services of the concerned candidate shall be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
20) Candidates should take note that if they possess relevant work experience pertaining to the specific post for which they have applied, such experience will be duly recognized and considered; points/credits for the same will be awarded in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations. 21) A candidate's experience will be considered valid only from the date on which their relevant educational qualification was registered with the respective Council. Candidates should take note that any experience acquired prior to this Council registration date will not be accepted.
22) It is mandatory for candidates to submit, along with their experience certificate, a remuneration certificate covering the preceding three months. This certificate must be issued on the official letterhead of the relevant office or institution and bear the signature and seal of an authorized and competent officer. In the absence of such a remuneration certificate, the marks allotted for experience will not be considered valid.
23) If, due to a large number of eligible candidates applying for a specific post, the Recruitment Selection Committee decides to conduct a written examination for that position, the marks secured in said written examination shall be deemed final. The subsequent stages of the recruitment process will be implemented strictly based on the merit list derived from these written examination scores. Candidates should specifically note that no additional marks of any other nature will be added to the written examination scores to generate a revised merit list.
24) As proof of age, candidates must submit either a School Leaving Certificate, a Birth Certificate, or a Secondary School Certificate (SSC/Sanad). Alternatively, candidates may submit any other certificate or document that serves as a reliable basis for verifying and accepting their date of birth.
25) Candidates are required to appear in person at the designated venue during the specified office hours on office working days, within the time frame mentioned in Point No. 02.
26) According to the said scoring, while selecting on the basis of merit, a category-wise scoring list of candidates will be prepared and if the candidates have equal marks, the candidate whose age is higher than the candidate's age will be selected first.
