The Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences (ILBS) is a tertiary care, super-specialty hospital located in Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, India. It was established in 2009 by the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi as an autonomous institute under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. The ILBS is a mono-superspeciality hospital, which means that it provides primarily liver and biliary care. This focus on a single organ system allows the institute to achieve a high degree of expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of liver and biliary diseases.

Application are invited for the under-mentioned project based positions latest by 25th Mar 2026 through the prescribed application form (appended below) and google form at the Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences, D–1, Vasant Kunj, Delhi – 110070 along with supporting documents comprising of education and experience details.

Project title : “Effectiveness of high dose albumin therapy in improving liver transplant-free survival in patients with acute decompensation of cirrhosis- A prospective cohort study”. 
Project Duration : 2 Years; Appointment under the project shall be on contract basis for the period of 12 months initially and may be extendable based on satisfactory performance, availability of funds and/or project duration.

Location : Department of Hepatology, ILBS, New Delhi.

Age Limit : 40 years

Eligibility Essential : Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences. AND One year post qualification experience in medical research projects. 
Note : Candidate should have working experience in Bioinformatics, Data Analysis, Data Auditing and lab techniques comprising of but not limited to ELISA, Cell Culture, NGS, IHC, PCR, RT-PCR etc.
Monthly Salary : INR 40,000/- Consolidated

Note
