Walk-in-Interview applications are invited among the eligible candidates in the prescribed proforma for the following vacancies in the project titled "Y-SMilES (Young-Stronger India through a Million Health Educated Students)" at the Institute of Liver & Biliary Sciences, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi, to be filled on purely temporary basis till the completion of the project (March 2027) based on performance and/or availability of funds, whichever is earlier.
Post : Project Coordinator
Salary : Rs. 1,50,000/- per month (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only)
Age Limit : Not exceeding 50 years as on the last date of application
Project Duration : 31/March/2027 First three months' probation
Essential Qualifications :
• Postgraduate/master’s degree in public health/healthcare management/Life Sciences, or a related discipline. and
• Minimum of 5 years' experience post Master's in community project management, team supervision, and coordination of multi-stakeholder activities.
Desirable Qualifications :
• Demonstrated experience in healthcare projects, including monitoring, evaluation, and preparation of technical and financial reports.
• Experience in community-based research, particularly in managing field teams.
• Exposure to healthcare IT systems, digital health initiatives, or implementation of public health programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning and Development: Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. • Project Implementation : Manage the implementation of projects across various states/districts.
• Ensure all project activities are executed according to plan.
• Timeline Monitoring: Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
• Communication Facilitation : Facilitate effective communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients. Organize and lead meetings to discuss project progress and issues.
• Documentation Management: Maintain all project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and project plans. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Resource Management: Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Risk Management: Monitor and report on risk management activities at the local level.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Team Management: Handle team performance monitoring, ensuring that trainers meet their goals and deliver high-quality training. Address and resolve team queries or concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Facilitate team meetings and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Facilitating and managing meetings with the funding agency
• Any other project work as assigned by PI.
