Job Description :
• Lead and oversee nitrosamine impurity assessment in drug substances and drug products as per global regulatory guidelines (ICH, USFDA, EMA, CDSCO).
• Conduct NDSRI (Nitrosamine Drug Substance Related Impurity) risk assessment, evaluation, and control strategy development.
• Coordinate method development and validation for trace-level nitrosamine detection using LC-MS/MS.
• Prepare regulatory documentation for nitrosamine risk evaluation, confirma|^H testing, and mitigation strategies.
• Plan, design, and monitor Bioequivalence (BE) studies in compliance with I^H GCP and regulatory requirements.
