HIRING QA - IPQA (Lead)

Experience : 12-15 years
Qualification : B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Required skills
• Manage line clearance,
• material/equipment status checks, and batch execution monitoring.
• Real-time review of BMR/BPRs, aseptic interventions, filtration integrity (incl. PUPSIT where applicable), lyophilization & visual inspection processes.
• Approve on-floor deviations, hold labels, and critical step verifications; ensure compliance to aseptic behavior standards.
• Oversee Aseptic Process Simulation (APS/media fills) planning, execution, and investigations.
• Monitor Environmental Monitoring (viable/non-viable) results, trend analysis, and escalation of excursions. Ensure control of cleanrooms, HEPA qualification, airflow visualization, disinfectant program, and utilities (PW/WFI/clean steam).
• Lead the IPQA team across shifts; ensure training, gowning qualification, and aseptic discipline.
