JRF OR Project Associate -I (1 No.)
Minimum Qualification : First class M. Sc / M. Tech degree in Botany / Life Sciences / Biotechnology from any UGC recognized University
Desirable : 1. NET/GATE qualified / or qualified in any national level examination as prescribed in DST OM DST/PCPM/Z- 06/2022 dated June 26, 2023.
2. Research experiences in ‘Plant Tissue Culture/Plant Molecular Biology/ Microbiology
Remark : If the candidate is without NET/ GATE, he/she will be considered for Project Associate-I (DST OM SR/S9/Z-05/2019 dated July 10, 2020)
Lab Assistant (1 No.)
Minimum Qualification : First Class UG Degree in Botany/ Life Sciences / Biotechnology from any UGC recognized University
Desirable : Research experiences in ‘Plant Tissue Culture/Plant Molecular Biology / Microbiology
The interested candidates should come for WALK IN INTERVIEW on March 26, 2026, at 1.00 PM in the Department of Botany, Nagaland University, Lumami. Candidates should bring an application on plain paper along with self-attested xerox copies of all relevant documents in support of his/her candidature. Preference will be given to candidates who have past research experiences in ‘Plant Tissue Culture/Plant Molecular Biology/Microbiology and wish to peruse Doctoral Research. Fellowship will be governed by the rules of the funding agency. No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
