AIESL invites for Walk-in Interview from Indian Nationals for engagement as PHARMACIST on Fixed Term Employment Basis for Hyderabad location at AIESL, MRO

Education Qualification, Experience : 
Must Possess: 1. Intermediate 2. D. Pharmacy 3. B. Pharmacy (And) The registration with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) is MUST. 
Essential Experience : Minimum 03 (three) years of experience at a government/PSU/ reputed concern as a Pharmacist.
Reservations : Reservation (SC/ST/OBC/ EWS) will be applicable as per Government policy. Total number of vacancies and reservation may vary according to the actual requirement of AIESL

Maximum Age Limit : (As on 01.03.2024) – General/EWS-38 Yrs., OBC-41 Yrs. and SC/ST-43 Yrs. Age relaxation to Ex-Service men will be permitted as per Govt. directives in this regard. 
Duration of Contract : Fixed Term Employment Basis would be initially for a period of one year, extendable on yearly basis, based on the performance of the individual, but not exceeding total 03 years, in any case, up to 58 years of age, depending upon requirement of the company and performance of the candidates. 
Emoluments : Will be minimum Rs. 27,940/- at the time of joining and will commensurate with company policy. Increments will also be applicable as per company policy after joining in AIESL


Selection Procedure:- Eligible Candidates will be required to appear for Walk-In Interview along with all supporting documents. Interested candidates meeting the above eligibility criteria, as on 01.03.2024 may attend the Walk-in Interview at Hyderabad, with necessary documents and non-refundable processing fee (DD).

Candidates have to bring following original documents on the day of Walk-in along with a set of self attested copies:
• All original qualification (Education & Technical) certificates as per eligibility criteria.
• All original experience certificates.
• Proof for Date of Birth.
• Proof for Permanent and Present Address.
• 2 recent Passport Size photographs.
• ID Proof (PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport etc.)
• Non-refundable application and processing fee (DD) of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) for GEN, EWS and OBC candidates & Rs.500/- (Rupees five Hundred only) for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen candidates towards processing fees, by means of A/C Payee Demand Draft in favour of “AI Engineering Services Limited” payable at Hyderabad.
• Service Discharge Book (Only for Ex-Servicemen)
• Caste certificate(SC/ST/OBC-Non creamy layer), if applicable
• EWS certificate, if applicable.


Candidates are advised to go through the following instructions for Walk-in 
a) A recent (not more than three months old) colored passport-size photograph of the full face (front view) should be pasted neatly in the space provided in the Application Form.
 b) Candidates belonging to OBC categories, at the time of walk-in interview, must submit a self–attested photocopy of the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, recently issued by the Competent Authority in the format as prescribed by Govt. of India. The Certificate, inter alia, must specifically state that the candidate does not belong to socially advanced sections excluded from the benefits of reservations for OBC in civil posts and services under the Government of India. The Certificate should also contain the “Non-Creamy Layer” Clause. The Certificate produced by the candidates of OBC community should be as per the Central List published by the Government of India and not as per the State Lists.
c) The applicant should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria as on 01.03.2024. Other particulars furnished should be correct in all respects. At any stage of the selection process, if the particulars provided by the candidates in the application or testimonials supplied are found incorrect/false, or not meeting with the eligibility requirements prescribed for the posts, the candidature is liable to be rejected and, if engaged, services terminated, without giving any notice or reasons therefore. 
d) Self-attested clear copies of the supportive documents in respect of educational qualification, experience etc. must be submitted along with the Application. Self –attested photocopy of the Caste Certificate should also be attached with the application, in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates and income and assets certificate issued by competent authority for EWS candidates. 
e) Original certificates are required to be brought, at the time of Walk-In Interview, for verification purpose only, and original should not be submitted/attached along with the Application. The Company is not responsible for returning any original copies of certificates/testimonials if submitted with the application. 
f) Applicants working in Government/Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings or autonomous bodies must bring ‘No Objection Certificate” specifying the post and AIESL company name in NOC, from their present employer. 

General Conditions
a) Management reserve all right to take any decision with regard to conduct of this exercise including interpretation of eligibility, deferment/cancellation of this exercise and/or delete/alter any of the condition of this exercise, if necessary. 
b) The candidates may initially be positioned at any station for training and to obtain sufficient experience to meet the requirement of the Company. The selected candidates after training and/or experience can be posted at any station in southern region, based on the requirements of the Company. The job is also transferable to any station in India, based on Company’s requirement.
c) Selection and empanelment does not guarantee that the candidate will be appointed. Release of candidate for appointment from the select list would depend upon the decision of the Company and its business requirements at the material point of time, which decision would be final and binding. 
d) The contract may be terminated at the discretion of the Management during the tenure of the contract and / or in the event of unsatisfactory performance. 
e) The contract is extendable on yearly basis, based on the performance of the individual, but not exceeding total 03 years, in any case, up to 58 years of age, depending upon satisfactory performance of the candidate and requirement of the company. 
f) Candidates engaged on Fixed Term Employment Basis will be entitled for Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other welfare benefits as per policy of the company. 
g) The candidates will have to make their own arrangement for housing accommodation at the place of posting. h) The Company, at its discretion, may assign additional duties, as and when required.
 i) SC/ST candidates who reporting for Walk In Interview and residing beyond 80Km from the venue of the Walk-in and not employed in any Government, Semi-Government/Public Sector Undertakings or Autonomous Bodies, will be reimbursed second class to & fro rail/ bus fare by the shortest route as per rules, on production of document of travel. Candidates are also advised to submit self-account cancelled cheque / copy of self- account cheque along with fare reimbursement form.
 j) Candidates offered appointment have to be complete pre-employment medical checkup at their own cost. 
k) Candidates must ensure that they fulfill all the laid down procedure eligibility criteria, prescribed for the post before reporting for Walk-in Interview. 
l) At any stage, if it is found that the particulars furnished by the candidate in the Application Form or testimonials are incorrect/false or the candidate does not meet the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post, or has suppressed any material fact(s), his/her application shall be summarily rejected without making any further reference. 
m) Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidate or bringing in any outside influence with regard to further the selection of the candidate shall be considered as a DISQUALIFICATION.
